Item was stolen from letterbox

I sent some comicbooks to a seller! I paid for tracking and have seen the photographic proof that item was left halfway through the letterbox! The seller says the item has been stolen from the letterbox! How do I proceed with this?

As long as the tracking shows delivery to the buyer's address they won't win a "not received" case with ebay.   So you don't have to do anything, unless you want to.   You only have their word for it.

They usually take a photo half way through then push it all the way in.

Your buyer might be trying it on.
