Hi all... am I missing something?  I sold an item for £17 but only getting £13. ? Just not sure why it's short. The buyer paid the fees .. someone explain please

It might be postage costs,  or are you promoting your items?

When you are advised of payment a complete breakdown of what you have received is given.

I would suggest leaving out the word “ Mystery” on any future sales. While a job lot is ok “mystery” boxes for example are not allowed, and a buyer who knew this might complain.
