Seller sold me a fake perfume

I purchased a  gissah perfume from the seller , but before I purchased it ... i messaged the seller and asked him to confirm if its authentic and he said yes , so I purchased it. When the order arrived today , I noticed the smell is off and the atomizers on gissah perfumes are pressurized this one is not. He asked me to scan the barcode but even tje barcode can be tampered with because my brother bought the same perfume but it was fake. The seller lied to me and now I want my money back. Can someone help me . Please 🙏.

Start a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.

Just proceed this way:

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee is written on every listing.  Worth reading,  so you know you'll receive a full refund for an item not as described or one not received,  if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date of purchase.

Just open a not as described case, seller provides return label and on return refunds in full. There is a link on every listing to the money back guarantee, itbis meant to be read.

Selling fakes on ebay is not allowed, so pointless asking a seller if an item is genuine, because they are not going to admit selling fakes.
