Postage company delivered my parcel somewhere else to wrong address

If you are certain that you provided the correct address, then you should open an 'item not received' case.
If the online tracking shows delivery to a different address/postcode, put that in the notes.
You could also contact the delivery company and ask them where your 'delivered' item is.
If you recognise the address where the item was delivered, try knocking on their door.
If Ebay accept that the parcel was correctly delivered, you may have to go to your payment source for a refund, but I would try a case through Ebay first.

If you funded your payment with a debit or credit card then get in touch with your card provider and file an item not received claim, you should be covered by them.
