Item says been collected

Hi Iv went to collect my item it says it has been collected but hasn’t been by me the delivery company was Evri and can’t see a help option in eBay as I can’t say item hasn’t been received as it says it has

If you bought an item for collection eBay should have sent you a collection code. If someone tried to collect it without this code the seller (or click and collect store) should have refused to hand it over.

You haven't given us much information, but did you ask the seller or store why they let someone have it without the code?

The bottom line is that if it's not available for you to collect you can open an item not received case under eBay's money back guarantee. If the seller or shop can't show eBay that they received the code required to release the item you should get a full refund.

Don't delay - you will need to show that you or attempted to collect it withn 7 days.

Update item still hasn’t been located and I did not receive a code from eBay to collect item this was an Evri collection point which clearly states in there email that id is required to collect item I contacted Evri and still not had reply i wouldn’t recommend Evri this is the first time in 17 years using collection point and certainly won’t be using again thanks for the help and support form the eBay community which helped as i couldn’t report item not received as the courier marked item as collected and there wasn’t any other option to report this problem i contacted eBay through there telephone support and couldn’t fault there customer service reassuring that it’ll be resolved which it was within 3 days keep up the good work and be careful with who you choose for your delivery again thanks everyone for your help
