Item received, but damaged packet contents missing

Hello membersDSCF8827.JPGDSCF8826.JPGDSCF8825.JPGDSCF8828.JPG. I've received my packet today with the item missing. The packet has damage. Its a used cardboard envelope with not enough tape. I've been down to the sorting office, and they have nothing in there lost & found. The post office person told me I can't even claim anything the sender has to. I can't even open any case on my ebay. I've contacted the sender, but nothing. Any advice please, thank you.

You need to open a return case on Ebay.

Use the reason 'damaged in transit' or 'items missing'.

If this was a private seller, Ebay might deal with the case.  A business seller might need you to return the packaging and the RM plastic bag so they can claim from Royal Mail so don't throw anything away.

Open a return request

To request a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or use the button below. You can also start a return request from your Purchases in My eBay.

Start a return - opens in new window or tab
