Item received but buyer unable to mark as received.

The parcel has been delivered. The buyer has left positive feedback. How do I get my money.

Feedback from a buyer does not count in releasing funds early unless the item is of a value of £10 or less,  this to be fully functionable by end of February, only tracking proves delivery and releases your payout 2 days after that delivery date.

With no tracking the payout is held for 14 days.

Did you use tracked post,if yes and it shows as delivered on the postal services website then if you contact ebay they can release the payment for you eBay Customer Service

If you did not use a tracked postal service then you will have to wait upto 14 days for your payment,due to ebay changes
