Item received after refund

Hello all

item was delivered after customer has claimed full refund trying to get eBay chat or connect me with an agent he kept saying he cannot see the item and can’t connect me 

But this case is closed

The customer is the one that contacted me now that it has arrived and she cannot send message on eBay 

ebay said she cannot send message about it because it is closed 

please I need help because I need to get my fund 

can I just tell her to pay me or I need to go through ebay

As private seller, if you used simple delivery, ebay refunded buyer, you keep money.

BUT, you are trading illegally as unregistered business seller, also selling food items makes it worse. 

Upgrade to business seller before ebay suspend you.
