I bought an item which was then updated with a tracking number, it hasn’t arrived over a week later and the couriers have never received it. I have tried to co tact eBay for support but the bot just closes the chat due to the item having a tracking number but the item has now been removed due to policy violations so I now don’t know what to do as I can’t even report it as not delivered
Surely there was an expected delivery date, can you not now open a NOT RECEIVED CASE, if not you can either contact ebay, or perhaps easier have a word with your payment provider.
