Hello, 

I ordered something about 30 ish days ago and the due date was like 7 days ago. I had nothing from the seller but they got back and said they didn't know I bought it as they were locked out of their eBay account. They said they'd message me when the item was posted and it's now been 5 days and no response. I really need this item ans I don't really want to cancel the order because it was a great deal but I don't know what to do as the date I need it by is coming up and I've had no response from them. Help?

You only have 30 days from estimated delivery date to open an 'Item not received' case  ... follow the instructions carefully, escalate to eBay after 4 days and do not close case until a satisfactory conclusion ...see here >.

I know it is a pity but it sounds to me as if the seller is delaying purposely to make sure you run out of time and lose the money.   I'm guessing - because of the time delay - some Far East seller?

That can happen.
