Hi, looking for some advice about this one- Received a bundle on the weekend which was supposed to have three items in, but one was missing. Have emailed the seller but they have not responded. Just wondering what the next step would be?
The advice online that I could find without asking on here seem to be I needed to open a case and say the item was not as described but I just attempted to do that on eBay and that then says I will need to return the item -But I don’t have it!
