If a purchase from a USA seller and they want to ship to me in the UK using the Global Shipping Program what do I need to do?

If the GSP has been applied to their listing, and the UK is available as a shipping destination, there'll be a postage price and method showing to the UK and you can simply go ahead and bid or buy.
