I contacted royal mail and they admitted that the item was scanned outside of my address location and also a photo of my item was not taken only a photo of the outside of my storage container in my garden.
I then phoned royal mail and they said that they have collared the delivery man about correct procedure and that I need to get the seller to put on a claim to royal mail, I have been told this by 2 diffarent royal mail employees over the phone but the Ebay seller is telling me 100% that he is unable to do so because the item is classed as delivered...
