Item location address

Hi,

I’ve almost 2k items for sale.  I moved house approx 18 months ago and changed my address on my settings and, mostly my new address appears on any bought items and most new listings.  However on specific listings it’s still showing my old address.  I can change it manually but it’s a real pain.  Any ideas how to resolve this please?

You can change the location of all your items in seller hub by doing a bulk edit.  'Item location' is under 'preferences' in the LH column when you bulk edit.

Make sure you have changed your address for each section - I had to change mine in 5 separate places when I moved house.

If you need to change any of your details, such as your name, date of birth, phone number, postal address, or email address, you can do it in My eBay - opens in new window or tab. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Account - opens in new window or tab section of My eBay.
2. Select Personal information.
3. Find the section you need to update, and select Edit.
4. Enter your new details.
5. Depending on what you’re updating, you’ll be prompted to Save, Submit, or Confirm.
