so a buyer bought an item off me this week, and now this package is now being returned to me (seller). Because of a failed delivery.
but the buyer has messaged me wondering why? As he has the delivery photo that the delivery driver took of him delivering the package in the door. But then he has left with the package?
im pretty new to selling to eBay, so first time this has happened? Does anyone know what I need to do now? Do I wait for the item to return then refund the buyer?
