I bought tripod from Ebay on September 8th.

The product did not reach me.

I am requesting a refund. Could  you please help me with this issue?

Is there a tracking number showing delivery?

 

If not, the item not received claim that you opened should not have closed without you receiving a refund.

When you open a case for item not received,  it's all automated , no need to send any messages to the seller and to hear excuses and pleas which may well push you over the limit to then escalate, and without this,  with no activity the case will close,  and another for the same item cannot be opened.

 

If there is no response with a refund in 3 working days, you Must escalate,  ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

 

You need to turn now to your payment provider for help with your refund.
