Item has been delivered but still says dispatched

Buyer has received item, but Ebay still shows as dispatched (not delivered) is there any where I can enter it has been delivered please?

eBay will go by the tracking.   Assuming you bought the postage label via ebay the tracking number is automatically added to the system.   There is sometimes a delay in updating but if it remains as not delivered your money will be held for about 14 days and then released.

If you didn't have tracking, or haven't entered it on Ebay when you posted the item, it will never show as delivered.

I send most of my items as Large Letters under 100g with just a stamp on and they will show as sent but not delivered forever.
