What is the best way to resolve a dispute with eBay, I ordered some items for our local hospice for them to sell and raise money, delivery address was my address, the seller has sent them to a different postcode, so i have not received them, i bought these as a guest instead of through my account, we have been trying to contact eBay and the seller but to no avail, yet i have paid for the item and someone else has received them, is there anyone out there who can help please, i cannot find a telephone number for eBay, can someone help
