Item delivered to US but still not showing as delivered to shipping centre so payment still on hold!

How can I query this?

An item I sold to a US buyer via the global shipping programme has been delivered to him but is still showing on the tracking as not yet at eBay’s shipping centre.

Funds are on hold awaiting delivery to shipping centre still… how do I get this changed ? The help here is useless - I can’t find a way to even raise it with eBay 

This whole new way of managing funds for private sellers is so flawed !

There has been a tech issue some are experiencing with tracking not showing delivery, and therefore delaying payouts under this new system.

I'll tag Dave a Community Manager here,  who is dealing with this issue and will add your account to the bug ticket.
