I posted the item using a different postage to the one on eBay as the item was over the weight in the end. Item has been delivered but of eBay is still waiting for the original postage tracking to say it's been delivered... what can I do?
First mark the item as dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label. Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
