Ebay customer service won't answer the phone and no online chat available.

Hi

I have been trying to contact ebay but they won't answer the phone and I can't find their online chat to speak to an agent over a warranty issue with a seller who refuses to answer my messages. How do I contact ebay and report the seller or leave him bad feedback as these features are not avialable in the original purchase order ?

Or give us more info and someone here may be able to help.   eBay don't cover warranties.  Their deadline for claims is 30 days.   If it's beyond that contact your payment provider.
