I purchased a diamond ring end of November which was all fine, authenticator then posted to me via DPD, unfortunately i was away for the weekend and missed the delivery so it has now been posted back to 'Ebay'
what does that mean? is it going back to authenticator or the seller i have no way of contacting Ebay or DPD this is so bad. Anyone have experience of this happening?
