Item arrived but won't register delivered

We purchased an item which has been delivered and received by ourselves, we have posted feedback. However, the item won't mark as received on eBay so the seller cannot get their money. The automated help wasn't helpful. Any ideas?

There's nothing more that you as a buyer can do here,  there has never been a way to mark as received by the buyer,  only to leave feedback and now under the new system of Simple Delivery that will only release a payout sooner,   if the item is under the value of £25.

Suggest to your seller to contact eBay Customer Services providing the tracking number showing delivery to ask them to release the payout sooner.  No guarantee they will,  any new or returning seller can have payouts held for 30 days.
