Item I purchased has gone from my purchases and I have not received it.

I purchased an item, was given a tracking number, and it was active, then it disappered from my purchases and the tracking link on my email failed, I wanted to get a refund but I cannot access anything as its not there anymore. Seems impossible to contact EBAY customer service for a refund. It has an ebay guarantee on it.

Thank you, really weird, nothing on my ebay account, and not advise by Evri, but it just turned up, all good in the end.
