I bought sunglasses from a seller in China. Glasses are made from very poor material and arrive defective. I sent a seller photo of how the glasses look like, in which you can clearly see that the left pole holding glasses on my head(I'm talking about this piece of metal from the glasses to my ear), is bend. But the seller keep insisting I send glasses back to China in order to get a refund. That would be understandable if the cost of shipping would not be far more than the glasses itself. I informed the seller about it, but he still insisting that I have to send glasses back to China. Is there any solution for this? So I won't have to pay those ridiculous shipping costs and still get the refund?

If bought directly from China your options may be limited --- but --- if shipped/posted from a UK location >>
You have only 30 days from delivery date given on the eBay order confirmation to open an 'Item not as described' (faulty) case --- Escalate to eBay after 4 complete days for a full refund and buy elsewhere --- worth a try > see here >

Yes there is, use the money back guarantee, if the seller wishes to have the item back they need to provide a return label.

Just checked it, it's no go. Cause as soon as the product arived I asked for a refund. When I checked what is the price to sent parcel to China, I sent an email to seller saying what are exact pices. His response - "when item back,we will refund to you, regards" and now when I click money back guarantee -->
My item doesn't match the listing,
all I can see is page like on a screenshot
