Israel post have tried to deliver the item 4 times

Posted a item to Israel fully tracked.. the buyer has opened a not received case but the tracking shows they have tried to deliver it 5 times were do I stand with the not received case surely if they cannot be bothered 5 times to be there when it was tired to be delivered it is there fault who will eBay side by me or the buyer

If the tracking shows attempted delivery, then Ebay should close the case in your favour.

Yes it shows in tracking,5 attempts to deliver he actually messaged me to say he works long hours and cannot be at home
