Is there an option to leave bulk Buyer Feedback?

Pretty sure there used to be a way to leave Buyer Feedback in bulk but I can't seem to be able to locate it via 'Share Feedback'. Can anyone tell me if it still exists as a feature? Cheers.

You can set feedback for buyers to be left automatically when buyer leaves for you.

There is also some auto feedback coming I think for buyers to sellers, which personally I think is a bad idea.
