From a 15 GBP price Ebay took 5.16+5.25 Eur. How can they take away soo much?
I probably will get 8.54 Eur, or even less, it reveals in more than a month.
Can I get an invoice of these fees to limit further losses due to taxes?

You had an add fee on that item, did you promote it? Promotion fees can be quite expensive and take a good chunk after seller too are added, from your payout.

It seems so. Yes, I accepted the 13 % ad rate eBay suggested, hoping this way I will reach more customer.
This way I managed to sell my first item in 3 months.
But now I earned loss, not profit, despite the fact I sell the items 150% more than I bought. The whole margin is taken by eBay.
Can I do anything to make money not only for eBay, but for me too?

Most sellers calculate all costs involved, that is seller fees, postage, and if they use any optional listing upgrades, or promotions, then add this to the starting price of the item being sold.
Then, you are not so much out of pocket and receive the price you wanted for the item.

If you are wishing to sell all Brand New Items you will need to upgrade your account to a Busines Account.
First log out of this UK site, and log into www.com and see here:
As you have already registered with a personal account, and now need to upgrade to a business account, here's how:
Go to Account settings in My eBay.
Select Personal information.
Select Edit next to Account type. ...
Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
You may need a PC/laptop for this and not the app or mobile browser. Chrome and Firefox work best with eBay

Thanks, but why do you think I need a Business Account? Will it be beneficial? In what way? How could it solve the problem I described? What is the cost of it? I can't find any understandable information about these. What are the other effects?
Note that I don't want to sell
- anything in the US.
- actually neither in the UK.
- I have no brand new items. I have new old stocks.
