Is anyone else getting fed up and frustrated that eBay are not following their own payout rules?

I'm getting very frustrated and fed up with this new payment system as eBay are incapable of following their own rules.

I have several items (8 currently) that have received positive feedback and therefore as per their own new rules I should be paid.

But every time I have to message help and support to get these funds released

Are they under the current limit of £10 and are you waiting 2 days?
