I seem to have lost the option to send an invoice for multiple items to be able to combine the postage there is no option to send payment details or a send invoice option in the drop down menu. No even marking the ebayer as a repeat buyer.
At the moment it's not possible to send an invoice, whether this is a technical issue remains to be seen, but the current advice from eBay is for the buyer to pay and for the seller to then issue a partial refund.
