Inventory count issue: Stock goes to zero after a single sale

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me with a very frustrating issue I'm having with my product listings.
When I create a listing and set the available quantity to more than one (for example, 10 units), the stock incorrectly goes to zero and the listing ends after just a single item is sold. I expected the stock count to simply decrease by one (from 10 to 9), leaving the listing active for more sales.
This is happening with a few of my listings, and I can't seem to figure out the cause. I've double-checked the quantity settings multiple times, but the problem persists.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a specific setting or a fix I might be missing in my listing preferences or account settings?
