International visibility tick box not appearing

Hello all,

I'm in the UK and I've just decided to try listing some of my items internationally.  Some of my items have a tick box near the bottom of the listing form which says:

"Display your listing on eBay US and Canada site"

But not all of my listings have this option. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the size, weight or price of the item or the category they are listed in. Any ideas?

Give examples, if an item is not allowed in these Countries, then it will not be sllowed.

Thanks, I'm selling some of my old paperback books by auction. Some listings have the "Display your listing on eBay US and Canada site" tick box on the listing form and some don't. Doesn't really seem to be anything to do with the size or weight of the package, it just seems random.
