International transaction fee

I've paid a £1.96 transaction fee because the delivery address was supposedly in Singapore. Yet I can see clearly it is in Staffordshire, UK.

How can I contest this fee?

You posted through GSP.

So although you only posted to UK, as buyer is in another country there is a transaction fee.

Re: International transaction fee

The buyer lives in the uk. They've bought a second item later and it's definitely a UK address.

Im guessing they've selected the wrong postage and there's nothing I can do about it?

Re: International transaction fee

I think the fee applies because buyer is registered outside UK, even though delivery is to UK.

UK GSP hub is in Staffordshire.

Ah right.

Very odd. It wasn't a lot but it just confused me!

Thanks

Re: International transaction fee

Was the address to Lichfield with a ws13 postcode? If it was then it will be gsp so whilst item delivered to uk it’s going overseas. Was there a code number too in the original address?
