Insertion Fees

Hello Everyone.  I've been charged 12 x £0.35 insertion fees.  When I placed the adverts the screen message stated £0.00 insertion fees so this charge is unfair.  Where do I go to contact Ebay?  I've tried the 'Contact Ebay' but get a very generalised and unhelful Chatbot.  Thank you.

Have you added an optional chargeable upgrade such as listing in two categories or setting up short duration auctions (3 days or less)?

If so, both of those upgrades carry a 35p fee, which is displayed above the button you click on to send your listing live. 

Going over your 300 free listings will also incur that fee:

Thank you for your reply.  I didn't add any optional upgrades or have a selling duration of 3 days or less.

I will concede that I didn't know about the 300 per month limit and there is a chance that I went over this limit.  My situation is that I have about 70 items that I relist once or twice a month and by choosing 'Relist' and the Ebay screen message states '£0.00 Insertion Fees' that is what I expect.

It would be good if I could be sure that Ebay have got the charges correct.  Where do I go for that I wonder?
