Tried to increase max. bid today and was confronted with new and different way of doing it. Different look altogether. Entered new max bid and then noticed that there was no "enter" button on the page. There was a red ! or i button, but this did not go live when clicked. After several attempts, I clicked "enter" on my keyboard - and that seemed to have done the trick , but it was sheer chance. No "enter" button and no new instructions! I contacted customer service by chatbot - and eventually, the agent said that it seems I was right! There seems to be a bug somewhere, stopping people placing bids - but it was not apparent at their end. The agent said they would contact their "backend" team to have this investgated. I asked them to please do so swiftly! Anyone else have this problem?
