Incorrect eBay prepaid label

Hi

I sold an item on ebay

the buyer paid, so I downloaded a prepaid label for Evri and sent it off

the buyer contacted me to say the item had not been delivered

it turns out that the address on the prepaid label is wrong, the tracking number belongs to a completely different location

what to do, please help

You can only post to address on label.

Up to buyers to keep all addresses up to date.

Ask buyer to open  item not received case, as you used SD ebay will sort.

They will either say item delivered, so case closes or refund buyer, you keep your money.
