Hi,

Is it just me or is it impossible to actually talk to a human? 
If the only help I can get is the chat bot, it is time to close my eBay account.

Sorry for the moan, but after battling a chat bot for half an hour, I still can’t find a contact number to actually speak to anyone or even request a call back.

This looks like our future with all big companies!

Most questions related to buying and selling on ebay can be answered here from members like yourself.

However, you can get a call back here, eBay Customer Service

You can contact eBay through a Call Back option,  but you will not need to,  if you just wish to close your account.

If you have had no recent transactions,  type in Close Account into the Help & Contact Tab top left of your eBay page,  and follow the instructions there.

Why don't you explain the problem, it may be something only eBay can with, but until you ask we do not know, but at least we are humans.
