I sold an item and the label I was issued did not cover the postage cost so I had to void the label and purchase a new one my buyer only paid 3.39 postage nut I have paid 30.10 on total so I am 26.61 out of pocket

It is up to sellers to get postage correct. You cannot ask a buyer to pay more.
You should have realised that £3 is hardly going to cover item selling at over £300.
You need to edit your listing as it says you have another 9 similar lots for sale.
