Unfair fees

Is there any way of asking for a refund, i am a total novice selling on here and i messed up a few times which will look obvious to Admin

If it's not something you can do yourself (such as cancelling a transaction) you can try contacting ebay and see what they say.  You can use callback on here:

I co not think it is even worth asking. You do not say how you messed up, but selling, getting paid and posting to buyer are all rather difficult to mess up and eBay does not make exceptions.

I suggest you look at your seller dashboard to see if you have fallen below standard, as if you have it can be very difficult to get back to above standard quickly.

Mainly, it is free to sell but there are some upgrades, for example 3 day auctions as you chose, which do have a fee.
