Wrongfully Delisted Items

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has any pointers. I've had two items I'm trying to sell delisted, as the AI has flagged them for allegedly trying to provide a means to sell the items externally from Ebay. 

Here's my problem, the so called proof of my grand scheme, are the first photo of each listing, which is literally the box the item is in for each listing. No shenanigans, no hidden hieroglyphics, no piece of paper with directions on, just the box.

I appealed both cases, expecting a human to see the issue and realise it's ridiculous, but it's reaching a week since then, and nothing.

Do I wait longer, or relegate myself to an age on hold hoping somebody deals with it?

You can assume the listings have been removed for good, and your best not to try and relist or your account could be restricted.
