ITEM RETURNED TO SELLER BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO COLLECT IT

I had to collecty item by Saturday just gone. I've been off sick and Saturday was the first day I could collect. However, when I arrived at the shop yo collect the item, it was not there; it had been returned, via Envri.

How does the seller go about resending the item and me paying the postal fees?

C&C items are only held for 7 days.

Once received back by seller you will have to arrange with him. Paying him for postage can only be done by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. No way through ebay. I suppose you could buy a postage label direct from RM and send to seller with his agreement.
