I've purchased a £50 apple card on eBay today that said instant delivery via messages so I purchased

I purchased a apple card £50  today off eBay at the cost of £55.84  that said instant delivery via messages

I paid then got a 4 digit code from eBay and told to show the seller I've done that and since purchasing the item the seller has not sent one message to me , it also said purchased at 9.30 this morning when it was actually around 3 this afternoon when I purchased

I have no code and am £55 out of pocket

I tried to cancel my request was accepted

Then I got another message few minutes later

Seller does not allow me to cancel

Can anyone help me in what to do please I can't get anywhere with ai automated chat

thankyou

It looks as if you have been scammed.

The code you handed over was most likely the collection code you use when you collect an item.

What was the item number?

I've got to ask - why did you buy an Apple card worth £50 and pay £55.84 for it when you could simply buy one for £50 from Apple?

" instant delivery via messages"

Which means digitally delivered and that's not allowed on eBay.
