Tracking shows it was dispatched to US, airline had landed etc but since then no updates. Over a month since it was sent. Surely it shouldnt tak that long? Can anyone advise how I can find out what the heck is happening? The funds are on hold and I'd like to receive them!
Funds will be held until item has either been delivered, or buyer opens a not received case, in which event you will have 3 days to refund. Then you will have to claim on whichever service you used.
