If you bought postage direct from Evri you open a claim with them,if you bought through eBay you open a claim via Packlink.

However you are unlikely to win any claim as Evri exclude 'Ceramic or composite items of any description including without limitation mirrored items, crystal, ceramics, porcelain, plaster, marble, china, stone, slate, resin, granite, concrete (or any item containing these materials)' from compensation.
