The panels were eventually replaced some months after the cooker was purchased in July last year, but they forgot to bring the door shelf with them and said the seller would post it to me (which he had previously offered to do and I told him not to worry, just to bring it with him when the panels were replaced). He is now refusing to respond to my requests for him to post it to me as agreed.
I have tried to open a resolution case with eBay, but as it is only part of a transaction that has essentially been completed, there is no option to do this.
I don't know what to do. Does anyone have a telephone number for eBay UK because this is getting really silly now?
Thank you.

eBay won't get involved with an order that was placed last July, their Money Back Guarantee requires you to flag up an issue within 30 days of receiving it.
This would now be between you and your seller.

Ebay won't take any action. They give you a 30 day Money Back Guarantee to return an item for a refund or replacement.
This is between you and the seller.
Send the seller a 'letter before action' (google for a template) using a signed for delivery service to see if you can prompt them to respond positively.
Otherwise, your options may be limited to taking legal action or purchasing the missing part from the manufacturer.
