Did you mean:

I ordered a laptop (Lenovo loq) for 610€ and I literally received a birthday candle.

I ordered a laptop, and I received a candle. I immediately took photos and recorded everything.

I contacted the seller and he denied it, and he claimed that im the one trying to scam him.

It's my first time buying through ebay, I wanted to know what should I do?

I did open a return ticket and I'm waiting the 3 days but I'm stressed and scared to lose my money, I'm an abroad student and that's all I had.

And is this a common scam ????

Please, is there anyone that knows how to deal with this?

You are registered in Italy and asking this on the UK site,  so first you need to log out of here,  and log into your homesite....  https://community.ebay.it/   to continue.

Photos and videos do not count with an eBay case,  as it cannot be proved it's the actual item in question.

You have opened a case for item not as described?  Then,  this gives the seller 3 full days,  and it is counted to the second,  to accept, and either send a paid for return postage label for the return of the item,  or to issue you with a refund.

If neither happens,  then you must escalate on day 4, and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Never close the case for any excuse or promise the seller may make,  and do not forget to escalate.
