I have just sold an item on ebay and its as described unopened in original packaging and the buyer hasnt read the description and now wants a refund for the item, i havent even posted the item out yet, there using pictures from someone elses listing to show its not as described, the pictures are clearly not from the listing of the item i listed, how do i stand

Message your buyer and let them know that you're happy to cancel their order.

Cancel the order, select the 'buyer asked to cancel' reason.

Add them to your blocked buyers list too.

It looks as if they asked to cancel really quickly after buying.

The sensible thing to do is cancel and refund them.  If you insist on sending the phone, they will probably open a return anyway after opening it.

When you cancel the sale, the buyer will be automatically refunded.
