I have bought an item or thought I had. Payment taken from Klarna but not appearing on Ebay .

I thought I had bought an item and payment taken from Klarna . I now can't cancel the Klarna payment as there is nothing to show from Ebay that I bought the item. Klarna want proof that I have cancel it but I can't provide this. What do I do?
