I thought I had bought an item and payment taken from Klarna . I now can't cancel the Klarna payment as there is nothing to show from Ebay that I bought the item. Klarna want proof that I have cancel it but I can't provide this. What do I do?
Did you buy when not logged in, if so it will be a guest purchase, and will not appear in your purchases. All you will have is a confirmation email from ebay and cancellation would have to be made through that.
