I can’t submit a bid the seller has agreed over messages but I’m getting technical error 3013

Please help, I can’t submit an offer for an item that the seller has ageeed on a price in messages as it says technical issue 3013 when trying to make an offer

I do not know what you have agreed, but bids and Agreed prices do not go together.

You can only bid whatever the start price is, if price has been agreed then  seller should either adjust the price or allow offers. Whatever amount you enter as a bid, it will only show start price, and you cannot bid less than that.

Explanation of what you and seller think you have agreed needed.
